how can i maximize my shoulder gains? i do 2.5kg cable lateral raises 2x till failure and shoulder press 2x till failure but i dont think its enough
 
Eat raw meat and sleep good if you realy want to workout (especially shoulder for lack of bone). 2x till failure is good but focus on form to not cause injury and get a lot of rest
 
its enough side delt volume, would recommend something rear delt biasing but I lowk neglect them myself
 
Keep the lat Raises add a Rear delt isolation and you can either keep your shoulder press or do a -20/20° Front Raise as it is better for the anterior delts
Repeat eod with 2 Sets to 0-1RIR
 
Cable lat raises are for pussys go swing some real weight.

You dont train rear delts so your shoulders wont look that full, considering youre training only 2/3 of them. Id recommend rear delt flies on a cable

if ur still doing isolation exercises for rear delt in this day and age ur beyond saving
