they're a bit more visible on bald people, but they should be noticable either way, unless the hair completely covers the forehead.

you can induce something like that by putting a plaster where you want the lines to appear. I think what happens is that the veins below start popping after you remove the plaster. It worked for me. (you put like 4mm thick and 3cm long plasters where you want the lines appear, just try it out)

I have it but just a little and in a good lighting like the dude at 3:20 in this video, I think it makes people look higher t, this is a very rare trait I barely see anybody like that

It's from prominent/robust eye orbits, but also you need the right skull shape (phenotype/genetics)

you especially need very minimal downward growth and lots of bone mass

no, downward growth affects the whole face. midface means cheekbones and if it affects cheekbones then it will also affect the orbitals

Typically but it depends on eyebrows and frontal bone width/bitemporal width
