Soap is by far superior than any cleaning agent out there

Shampoo:
You should be on No Shampoo
I have personally been on no shampoo for about a year my hair is more fluffy and healthy
THAN EVER
First couple of weeks are ROUGH
Power Through, it's worth it in the long run
But if your going to use Shampoo

Please let it be a:
Sulfate Free Shampoo
Examples I have used in the past:

I am Joking, (not really if you live in a active household the shower is the best place)
I Exfoliate 1x week (on a Sunday)
and I use my daily Benzoyl Peroxide
''muh you shouldn't use it everyday''
well I do and my skin hasn't been clearer
Aftercare:
Now that your out of the shower
You should apply some lotion
You should without a doubt always being added lotion after a shower
it's quick and simple and keeps your body hydrated
