I agree 100%, but once a week is not enough, especially in the summer. In the winter 2/3 times a week are ok and in the summer I need more

Once every two days is ideal but it depends on your daily activity and how much u sweat. Sometimes u just can’t get away with not showering everyday, esp if u play sports

Do you live on the coast (north) or by the lake/river? I live by the sea (Adriatic) and in the summer go swimming every day so I have to shower with regular water after that
