Once every two days is ideal but it depends on your daily activity and how much u sweat. Sometimes u just can’t get away with not showering everyday, esp if u play sports

Do you live on the coast (north) or by the lake/river? I live by the sea (Adriatic) and in the summer go swimming every day so I have to shower with regular water after that
