Shredded body but not face?

What should i do to reduce my face bodyfat ? Im shredded in body and about 10% bf , also was cheekbiting in this photo and still have face fat? Do i need buccal fat removal ? Or zygo filler to make my cheeks look smaller?

Bruh youre good. You can always experiment with water manipulation/diuretics(furosemide) or just get even leaner. imo you dont need to get leaner. psl wise you may look better but no appealwise which is the only thing that matters
