Hydration
Light exercise everyday
Change pillowcase 2-3x a week
Sleep on back
Wash hair everyday

just use retin a and sunscreen , if you want fast relits use dermaroller 1,5 and vit c colagen srs

I get mine from here https://www.pipingrock.com/vitamin-e, it is more expensive since I dont want it mixed with soybean oil, but it is still ~5$ / month
