Side profile and ortho

I’m probably going to regret posting this photo, but I need advice. My side profile is not nearly as good as my front. I have significant downward growth and my upper jaw has already stopped growing, while my lower jaw continues to grow. I already have braces and breathing problems, including sleep apnea. Are there any orthodontic appliances that could improve my side profile and prevent further downward growth? I am considering MARPE. Would that be my best option?

If u dont have a overbite nothing orthodontic can really save you in terms of downward growth maybe certain types of headgear idk much abt it tho

Marpe can help but for horizontal support and help cheekbone flare out I don't think anything gonna fix that downward growth
