hair is fucked rn and im a bloatcell rn but ignore that. came back from ortho today for wisdom teeth evaluation and i have a mild class 2 bite i might get elastics and bite blocks from hearing what he said. so will that give me more chin projection? my nose is already butt fucking my harmony so i need rhino. he also said theres no need for bimax whatsoever and didnt recommend me to any maxofacial surgeons . also cracked my chin open when i was like 5 idk if that has to do with anything tho i feel like that would make projection stronger but idk

yea ik that but im only 17 rn i cant just go to every ortho or maxio surgeon. do you think bimax is needed or should i just go with the orthodontics i dont think it will recess me even more ive never had any extractions before and i dont need any. maybe rhino and orthodontics could mask it?

my palate is pretty deep and slightly narrow idk tho ill try to ask my ortho about palate sizes and expansion next time i see him. i might need it tho my tounge dosnt really fit perfectly in my palate my teeth overlap slightly. i was thinking about bimax with dr pera but he lowk is taxing for the usual prices in instanbul. but at the same time i dont want to waste years of prime life saving for a bimax and get that shit by like 23-25 but i might come up on some inheritance in the next few years and maybe just hardmax with inheritance JFL.

bite blocks and bands will give you some ccw rotation to an extent also your nose is a result of maxillary recession its not simply just a bad shape

but they also do cephalometric analysis to try to figure out if youre a surgical case, apparently for the insurance company
this sucks because their "healthy" values are still recessed so you have to be really recessed to pass this test

yea im in the usa and if you are subhuman recessed and dont have functional issues you have to pay out of pocket its so stupid i have slight apnea tho
