Side profile X-rays (What can I fix hard looksmaxs please)

I'm getting my nose fixed it got broken like three times and I never fixed but the last time I broke it at the start of this year it started to effect my breathing that's why I have these x-rays. I took asprin to help reduce some of its effects. Also, I have a front profile X-ray not sure if it is important or not. I have no under-eye support and I have huge subhuman eye sockets so when I can afford it I will go get orbital implants.

the nose was broken, eye orbits don't gaf about the gonial angle.

It will just make sure you don’t go for a curved one
Make it straight but also don’t try to increase the height where the nose starts

You should
Just firstly make sure it doesn’t come out uncanny. Look through your surgeons portfolio, and ask for similar cases
Watch out for refining the tip btw. I’ve noticed it gets a lot thinner even from month 6 to 3yrs in. So a little goes a long way. If you tell your surgeon to do it conservatively then you’ll likely be fine

Also if you do plan to post photos for a rate etc, but don’t want to do it on a thread here. I’m happy to help man.
Even if not right now, but after surgery you want an unbiased opinion I can give it to you

You should learn how to read these images
I’m not sure myself
But it’s likely pattern recognition and comparing the scans to other scans they’ve seen before
You might find some luck on PubMed/NIH or in some dental journal

I posted pictures of myself a few times depending on the person iv gotten extremely mixed results from M low LTN to L Mid HTN so idk any more I look algs in good lighting and angles that show my jaw but I feel like that's the same for everyone I can send photos of what I look like currently tmr cause Ima prob go to sleep now if you want. Also, I should warn you my ears are big but only sub-human level depending on the camera lens and I will also be getting them fixed later but not a priority because in person there fine

Unfortunately I have quite a unique face I get a lot of comments about it irl from ppl my age. But that doesn't necessarily mean its a good thing you know

bcs he didnt fully grow, it's all retruded, that's why impacted third molars, hooked nose and recessed in general

I think u get to normal ramus height before normal anterior projection, that's how u get blue smith and Meeks type skulls but this one is more recessed than them

Same with me man. I used to feel under my gonions at 19/20, and before they were curved inwards with no space for my finger to fit. The shape of them have completely changed. They are both facing outwards now (one more than the other).

I started chewing heavily/ clenching, and I've benefited from more gonion bonemass too.
I wish I got a scan a few years ago to compare changes

I didn't make myself clear I'll admit, what I meant was that you can have a good lower third with bad orbits, like curries do. There are many more examples where one can have shit orbits even if good lower third. My statement of orbits not giving af about the lower third was for those cases. Protruding bug eyes with a decent lower third can happen

Im 18 not sure if that means that iv fully stop growing yet but I do have a nutritional deficiency so im going to get HGH legally prescribed to me in about like under 6 months. Not sure if that will help with me facially but it should defiantly help with my hight since my dads 6'3 and im 5'10 my mums like 5'8.

Is there any way I can improve this is it permanent or is growth just luck?
