My physique is bad I admit but my hair doesn’t usually look like that it was just wet from washing my face

unfortunately you've been brainwashed that an ultra low gonial angle is ideal. if u really care that much you can achieve rotation to make your ramus more prominent by TAD's.

genioplasty is obviously the best craniofacial surgery for you. but you can also do porous polyethylene implant(s) for slight chin projection. probably 1-2mm MAX needed. so u dont look retarded. even then i wouldn't say its 100% necessary, unless u care that much.
