yeah i have shitty posture and it kinda fucks up my facial projection

you look much more recessed if you slouch or have forward head posture

My chin gains like 2cm projection when i lay down

well cuz youre forced to make a double chin expression as your lower jaw is pushed forward and the head is forced to be tilted down
