1 - Find out which activities you find pleasurable. Examples jerking off, doing drugs, eating junk food, etc
2 - Only allow yourself to partake in those activities after reaching the goals you're postponing. If you end up doing those activities before reaching your goals, find a way to punish yourself for it. Examples doing embarrassing shit in public, hitting yourself, burning your money, etc

High executive function is necessary for both the ability to delay pleasurable activities and the ability to embarrass yourself in public.
If your executive function is high, you wouldn't procrastinate in the first place.
Consequently, your plan is flawed since it depends on an ability which you lack.
