Just eat whole foods without species and oils. I dont think u will eat as much.

how much ephedra do you take / day OP? and source? bronkaid?
 
I would add eating a STRICT diet of lean meat (chicken breast, eggwhites) and vegetables, fruits ONLY.

Can EASILY eat 1500 calories/day with no hunger due to the sheer volume/fiber of the vegetables and fruits but with extremely low calories.

I stay lean EFFORTLESSLY yearround with this diet framework. If I feel like eating a burger or pizza one day, its fine, because I can return to lean meat and veggies the next day and suffer zero damage/fat gain

This is the only way that works for me in the long term as well.

The only problem is cravings, which I admittedly give into sometimes, but like you said a burger once or twice a month is not going to ruin anything.

Yes I’ve just accepted over the years that cravings and occasional binges are just inevitable when at low bodyfat. Theres nothing wrong. Just when lean, your body is hyper sensitive to food and even fucking salad with salt and pepper tastes good.

But as long as you hold the mentality of staying lean as the priority and don’t let that binge convince you to start “muh bulk”, its very easy to damage control.

I lost bf% while drinking a quarter cup of ev olive oil everyday jfl
