I tested my IQ at 12 with a similar test, and I have an IQ of 125, if this is so easy should I subtract 5 IQ points to account for inflation?

Usually if you can’t spot a certain pattern ( rotation, reflection ect), you should try combining numerical methods and set values to certain things.

The shapes move one to the right whilst also transposing onto another shape. The circle transposes to triangle, cross to circle, triangle to cross.

First you move them one to the right and transpose.

So it will be:
Triangle circle circle,
Triangle triangle circle
Cross cross cross
