Simple test E cycle

Can anyone give me a simple Test E cycle for 10-16 weeks with a pct guide using enclomaphine i asli have aromatise inhibitors incase

Test e 500 a week
Anavar 30mg per day for the first 4 weeks
Ai of choice in case you get high e sides
Do that for 20 weeks to fully get the test effects then either pct or cruise then do other cycles which is better imo since pct is bad for your health and you can loose your gains during that period

So Test E 500 a week can I add soem anavar later as i dont have that much money. What do you mean by cruise?
