Simple test E cycle

Can anyone give me a simple Test E cycle for 10-16 weeks with a pct guide using enclomaphine i asli have aromatise inhibitors incase

Test e 500 a week
Anavar 30mg per day for the first 4 weeks
Ai of choice in case you get high e sides
Do that for 20 weeks to fully get the test effects then either pct or cruise then do other cycles which is better imo since pct is bad for your health and you can loose your gains during that period

Would I still be able to fully bring back my natural production with pct if I cruise in between my first 2 cycles rather than pct between my first 2 cycles? (My plan is to do 2 blasts while I’m young and then hop off permanently) I was thinking about playing it safe and doing pct in between my first 2 cycles to ensure I can bring back my natural production but I know crushing is much better than pct so I’m unsure on what to do
