despite cultures advancing, developing, and societies otherwise being reshaped, there's always been constant, nutritious and filling meals that we have enjoyed for millennia.
this thread is mostly water btw its what your diet should consist of
example:
bread, which i like to pair with butter. a simple combination of a grain and a fat, yet will keep you filled.
Meat used to be reserved for the elite/richest only, now that most of us can afford it due to modern advancements in technologies, we should ALL be taking advantage of that. and don't be fooled to think it takes a fuck ton of effort to make meat. only eat it raw if you're sure its from a good place.
nuts: a great snack for on the go, road trips etc. there's a nut for everyone if you dont like one just try some others. they are rich in nutrients and convienent to take anywhere.
eggs : they contain everything a chicken needs to live, and therefore you will gain many nutrients from them. Don't reccommend eating it raw. Just cook it, although if you have a strong immune system you'll probbly be fine.
milk: ditto. some people prefer raw milk due to its probiotic and some argue that many of the enzymes are denatured by pasteurization.
cheese: i love cheese so much i think i could live on a diet of only cheese. for my whole life. there's a cheese for everybody. and raw cheeses exist in places where raw milk is unavailable
vegetables: get your veggies in kid. cook it in garlic to make it better, spinach, leafy greens, yeah yeah yeah all that. just get one of those frozen veggies bags from the store. ignore all the retards who say veggies are bad for you. yes they are not very calorie dense but they contain micronutrients for you.
oats = a nutritious food to make overnight. overnight oats is a great breakfast. make it yourself with mason jars.
fruit, fruit fruit: eat your fruit. blueberries, apples, banana,
oils : butter ghee and tallow animal fats PREFFERABLY
the reason i won't reccomend extra virgin yeah whatever olive is : those oils tend to have really low smoke points. under heat, the fats tend to break down and release real yucky shit you don't want in your food. that's why its only reccomended for low heat cooking, or salads. EVOO is fine on salads tbh.
mayonaise is nice
potatoes are nice
so yeah, make sure youre eating a balanaced diet and getting all your nutrients.
you can make all of these at home and continue to make more of these products at hhome and store them in the fridge in mason jars.
