could I go from this: (11.12.2025.) 179 cm, 101 kg, been obese for 3 years, when i started drinking like a maniac; before that , i was pretty athletic and easily got gains

to this by mid july 2026: 72 - 75 kg with at least some leanness and muscle mass? i have 26 cm IND, meaning i m built like a bear and naturally strong

no drugs, supplements etc are on the table

0.9-1kg/week loss isn't bad, and if you gymcel during the cut you'll also end up lean with muscle mass.

It's all a matter of discipline and hard work, no drugs needed. 4-5 days of gym (and cardio of course) per week with a heavy calorie deficit (preferably 800-900 below what you're eating right now) and you'll see the results you want.

tnx, bigballslarry. i was never a fatass until i started drinking 2 l of cheap wine daily and then eat on full stomach when alcohol triggered my appetite. so low iq of me
