Size L upper body/xs waist. Where tf do I get t shirts to fit right?

The waist is always so big and baggy when I buy large, but large fits nicely on top.

I wanna get some nice white t shirts before I visit my girl in Texas. Im gonna be around 8/9% bodyfat too, so I need the fit to be locked in

Same thing happened to me when I got on reta im super lean and also jacked all my compressions are tight upper body but around my waist is baggy
