How do forces of plates act on the body of bones? Would the whole maxilla move as a single unit or would parts of the bone deform around where the plates are pulling? Would there be falloff of deformed bone?

I have searched this a lot and came to conclusion that bollard plates has never been used on adults...But from all the before and after pictures of children using it there is definetely skeletal change and there were no deformities like you mentioned.Just google it and you will find tons of before and after pictures(only in children tho)

Ive only seen this case on an adult from 6 years ago
