Never really needed to do skincare as it’s been pretty clean through my teen years. It got worse and now I got

Blackheads filled in pores on nose

Prominent pores on nose, cheek, and forehead

Uneven bumpy skin

What fix do I need?

I generally use spf50, moisturiser from la roche posay and tret from skinorac so you use that

With a good moisturiser in sandwich method

Just start with tazarotene cream twice a week then go up until you can apply daily. OR just hop on accutane
