heres what i do
every AM: cleanser, azelaic acid, moisturizer, spf 50+
Every PM: cleanser, tretinoin or wtv retinoid you want (start at only a few days a week then work your way up to every other day, then start the cycle again as you increase strength if ur skin responds ideally), moisturizer

i cycle using hydroquinone every night asw and use sunday as a recovery day with no active medications, but don’t take hyq if u don’t need it
