Whats the best skin care for mild acne?

Im starting tret soon but some ppl have been saying they got nothing out of it. Im debating tret or isotret but have also been getting info on tazarotene i just cant decide which to do. dont want to do all of them and risk more acne breaking out

Do accutane dose based off how much acne you have. you will break out but over months it will go away for good.
