Skin help

need help for my skin, i know i have a little acne, thats not the issue, idk if its noticeable but my face looks dead and looks like it needs mosture or something. In the day it looks like i have a lot of wrinkles. Anyone know if im able ti get that soft model skin and what to so to achieve it? I have a skincare routine and anything helps out. Im 16 years old
