Collagen is a protein in the body. Different types of collagen are in many body parts, including hair, skin, nails, bones, ligaments, tendons, cartilage, blood vessels, and intestines. The part im gonna introduce in this thread is especially the skin one, it helps new cells grow. Playing a role in replacing dead skin cells and smooth skin in general. Im going to give some method that can help to boost that collagen

1 - Food

Food can be one of the best method to collagenmaxx, some food can be really rich in collagen, specifically tough cuts of meat full of connective tissue like pot roast, brisket, and chuck steak. Here some example :

Pork skin – 30,000 mg/100 g
Chicken skin – 22,000 mg/100 g
Bone broth – 10,000 mg/100 g
Beef tendons – 10,000 mg/100 g
Beef tendons – 10,000 mg/100 g

2 - Microneedling

Microneedling can be one of the best ways to collagenmaxx. Different methods have different effects. Here are some examples:

Professional microneedling – done by a pro, most effective for collagen boost, scars & deep wrinkles

Derma stamp – precise, good for targeted areas, very effective for small scars

Derma roller – easy at home, less aggressive, slower results but good for overall skin texture

Home devices (microneedle pens/rollers) – convenient, mild collagen boost, best for maintenance

PRP or serums after – optional, can double collagen production

Derminator 2 – powerful at-home device, more precise and consistent than a derma roller, delivers better collagen stimulation and faster results when used properly

3 - Copper Peptides
Copper peptides (GHK-Cu) are one of the best ways to collagenmaxx. Different forms have different effects:

Injectable – strongest collagen boost, best for wrinkles, scars, and localized skin issues

Serum – convenient, good for daily maintenance and overall skin quality

Oral – slower absorption, mild systemic benefits, less direct effect on skin

Nasal – emerging method, fast systemic absorption, potential anti-aging benefits but less studied

4 - Supplements

Supplements can be one of the easiest ways to collagenmaxx. I haven’t really studied the topic, so I’m not sure if collagen supplements are cope, but I prefer adding them just in case. Different forms work differently:

Hydrolyzed collagen (powder/capsules) – most popular, easy to absorb, good for skin elasticity & joints

Collagen peptides – fast absorption, good daily option for skin, hair, nails

Vitamin C – essential for collagen synthesis, boosts all other collagen supplements

Hyaluronic acid – supports skin hydration, works well paired with collagen

Silica / MSM – supports connective tissue, mild collagen support

Zinc + Copper – important cofactors for collagen formation, good in small doses

Omega-3 – reduces inflammation, helps skin barrier & overall skin quality

5 - Skin products
Skin products can also help boost collagen. Here are some examples:

Matrixyl 3000 – boosts collagen (type I & IV), helps with firmness and elasticity

Matrixyl Synthe’6 – stimulates multiple matrix components, great for wrinkles and skin firmness

Tetrapeptide-21 – signals the skin to produce more collagen, good overall collagen booster

EGF – growth factor that supports collagen & elastin production, improves texture and healing

Tretinoin – increases cell turnover, stimulates new collagen, reduces wrinkles and improves overall skin texture

Aloe Vera – supports collagen production, soothes inflammation, improves hydration and overall skin healing

6 - Sunscreen

UV rays break down collagen fast, so blocking them protects and maintains your natural production.
Some studies even show that daily sunscreen use can increase collagen by up to 56% by preventing UV-induced degradation.

Daily sunscreen (SPF 30–50) – protects existing collagen and supports long-term collagen rebuilding

Broad-spectrum – blocks UVA (aging) + UVB (burns), essential for collagen protection

Use every morning – consistency > strength, reapply if you’re outside

7 - Redlight
Red light can be one of the best ways to collagenmaxx. Studies show it can increase collagen, reduce wrinkles, and improve acne. Here are some examples:

Collagen boost – collagen can increase massively (4.6 μg/ml → 36.36 μg/ml after red/infrared exposure)

Wrinkle reduction – over 90% of people show smoother texture and reduced fine lines with consistent LED use

Fibroblast activation – increases the cells responsible for collagen production

Anti-inflammatory effects – reduces redness, swelling, and slows collagen breakdown

Acne improvement – 70–90% reduction, especially when combined with blue light

8 - HGH
HGH can be a very good way to collagenmaxx. It stimulates fibroblasts and overall tissue regeneration. Here are some points:

Collagen production – increases collagen synthesis in skin and connective tissue

Skin thickness – promotes dermal thickening and elasticity

Healing & recovery – accelerates wound healing and tissue repair

Fat reduction & muscle support – indirectly supports skin appearance by improving body composition

Forms – injectable HGH (most potent) or lifestyle (naturally boost your own HGH)

Hell yeah great thread. I have been doing quite a few of these things, and I have an alchemy lab of serums and elixirs like collagen and tretinoin and hyaluronic acid etc.. Have you heard about thermal ablation? Fancy term for very mild burns with a heated metal device, I have heard that it can have similar effects to microneedling but a bit better.

no section for retinoids makes this thread slop

retinoids (both topical and oral) are peak gold standards for collagen synthesis, whether it would be tretinoin, tazarotene, or even accutane.

yh your right, i didn't really look into the products in detail, and yes, I think I should have included tretinoin or Accutane, I unfortunately forgot them.

Collagenmaxxing

Forms – injectable HGH (most potent) or lifestyle (naturally boost your own HGH)

collagen supplements are a pure scam tho. they are really expensive and there are no proven effects found (except by studies funded by the companies themselves:lul: ) https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0002934325002839
interesting, i mentioned that I wasn't informed on the subject and that it was probably cope, but I preferred to include it since it's something we hear often.
otherwise great thread.
thx
