Collagenmaxxing
Collagen is a protein in the body. Different types of collagen are in many body parts, including hair, skin, nails, bones, ligaments, tendons, cartilage, blood vessels, and intestines. The part im gonna introduce in this thread is especially the skin one, it helps new cells grow. Playing a role in replacing dead skin cells and smooth skin in general. Im going to give some method that can help to boost that collagen
1 - Food
Food can be one of the best method to collagenmaxx, some food can be really rich in collagen, specifically tough cuts of meat full of connective tissue like pot roast, brisket, and chuck steak. Here some example :
