Skin Inflammation Around cheeks

I’m currently experiencing Redness around my cheeks / chin area of my face i think it’s inflammation left behind after acne spots have cleared up. I may have sensitive skin aswell, i’ve stopped drinking alcohol for 4 weeks now also. Anyone have any tips on what i could do or use to reduce the reduce the help would be appreciated. Thanks

fair, i’m going to stop using my cleanser cuz i feel it may make it abit redder maybe it’s an allergic reaction to ingredients in the skincare products
