So guys the clearer image is around start of January, my skin got rapidly worse from working in a kitchen environment full time. I’m not saying my specific job role on here, but just as an understanding of the environment i work in, with high pressure / stress on busy days. How can i clear this? Also changed my diet from this week on words to very healthy only
