currently on tretinoin 0.1% so far 1.5 months out of 4 and i plan on hopping on accutane within the last month of tretinoin so that i never have to maintain it and i can finally nuke my acne, dont plan on taking any skin helping peptides, any advice/opinions on this or should i change up my plan? (10mg accutane specifically)

Continue using tretinoin as prescribed by your dermatologist and assess the results around the 3-month mark, unless there’s a compelling reason to switch earlier.
