Skin thinning effects of corticosteroids creams

So corticosteroids like hydrocortisone or stronger variants like Fluocinolone have side effects of thinning skin with overuse. With that in mind the the skin on my nose is a little bit thicker than ideal giving a more bulbous look. So can I use these creams to thin the skin on my nose making it appear smaller? What do you think

I don't know if using fluocinolone long term is safe (to be fair even hydrocortisone should not be used "long term,".) and fluocinolone is stronger than hydrocortisone. Still check out the guide I've linked!
