Skin tightness

Just wanted to ask for some tips about my skin. I lost about 30kg 2 years ago and after bulking recently lost 10kg. Im pretty lean but still doing a slight deficit. I noticed some loose and saggy skin around my face and neck. Just wanted to ask for some tips to keep my skin firm and tighter. Im 17 so face lift isnt an option yet atleast. I usually get rated htn-cl on here so i dont really have any irl problems. This is just one of my insecurities that i see everytime i look in the mirror. I would really appreciate some honest advice and help, thank you.

you can use tretinoin, which might make a slight difference and lessen some wrinkles
again loose skin will never completely go away without surgery

if you got rated htn-cl here you look good irl but if you go down the surgery way its never ending cycle ( you cant get rid of insecurities)

removing loose skin in a surgery is different tho. He has already put in the work, where he now reached a point where he can't go further without surgery. I think removing this loose skin with surgery would just be the cherry on top and would definitely ascend him.

if it's targeted for you face area it's indeed a facelift. However, if you have more loose saggy skin in other areas, you will need more surgeries.

only in my chest area, my doctor said it would look normal if i filled it with muscle or just grew more which is also possible since im not too old
