Just wanted to ask for some tips about my skin. I lost about 30kg 2 years ago and after bulking recently lost 10kg. Im pretty lean but still doing a slight deficit. I noticed some loose and saggy skin around my face and neck. Just wanted to ask for some tips to keep my skin firm and tighter. Im 17 so face lift isnt an option yet atleast. I usually get rated htn-cl on here so i dont really have any irl problems. This is just one of my insecurities that i see everytime i look in the mirror. I would really appreciate some honest advice and help, thank you.
