Started accutane to get rid of pimples. 4 months in and has done wonders but my main issue is smile lines and eye bags. In darkish lighting I look good but in brighter lighting my smile lines are highly visible . I drink a lot of water a day and I am skinny so I’m not sure I have that much water retention or js higher bf. Tips on how to get rid of them?
