I started using 0.025% tretinion and 10% azelaic acid and 10mg accutane from one month and I stopped using accutane after 2 weeks and results of these are showing pretty quickly my skin got shiner and better, do I have to add accutane back to have a good skin in long term and hydrocortisone for darkspots of my previous acne

You should probably go a bit longer with accutane… one of the big known benefits is that you can take it for a 6-8 month amount of time and it can sometimes shrink your pores permanently, which is what happened to me. I got basically no pimples for the past 2 years after accutane, after suffering from acne for a long time, because my pores are so shrunk now. I can eat whatever I want and never have to worry about it affecting my skin.

accutane needs atleast 4 months (in most situations)
