Not possible other than bathing in sunscreen and staying inside home for months

i have been inside for 2 years like i hardly go out... and the tanning is of years... i bet it wont take months

It's either your natural skin or you have become a bit tanned.

Obvious advice always wear sunscreen no matter the weather stay in shade if there sun uv protecting clothing ect. If you are doing all this, Vitamin C serums, caffeine scrubs and kojic acid all worked well for me though I still have a slight tan since I am half middle eastern.

It takes a while for any unnatural colouring to go away.

It's possible, especially if you have the genetics. East Asian girls do it all the time. But the problem is that their tutorials are often in Japanese, Chinese or Korean language and the products they recommend might be estrogenic
