FOR IQLETS

A lot of people are gonna call me delusional, because everyone already knows this is what determines it. But what I mean is, you can literally choose foods based on what specific issue is happening with your skin.

Example: dehydrated skin — you add hydrating foods to your diet. Like Aajonus says, tomatoes and cucumbers are some of the most hydrating foods on the planet. If you don't do veggies, you can add fruits or other hydrating stuff based on your diet (like a primal diet).

My point is: there are literal animals out there who don't get this and just keep copying TikTok trends, buying 1000 skincare products — when that shit won't influence anything.

You need to use your IQ to actually understand what's happening with your skin, and then optimize your diet and habits to repair the damage and improve for real.

Example: dark spots on the face — instead of just trying to bleach them with products, you gotta ask why they're even appearing in the first place.

In a lot of cases, dark spots are linked to:
- Chronic inflammation
- Insulin resistance
- Sun overexposure
- Gut imbalance
- Nutrient deficiencies

If your blood sugar is constantly spiking, that increases glycation and oxidative stress, which can make pigmentation worse. So improving glucose control, cutting processed sugar, and stabilizing insulin can directly help your skin.

You can also:
- Increase antioxidant-rich foods (like berries and vitamin C fruits)
- Support your liver through better diet quality
- Make sure you're getting enough zinc and vitamin A
- Cut out inflammatory seed oils if your diet is high in them

Habit-wise: better sleep, lowering stress (cortisol fucks things up), getting controlled sun exposure instead of burning, and avoiding constant skin irritation — all of that makes a real difference.

Instead of just attacking the symptom on the surface, you adjust your diet and daily habits to reduce the internal triggers that are causing the pigmentation in the first place.

Your skin has different types of problems.
- Acne isn't dehydration.
- Dark spots aren't clogged pores.
- Dry patches aren't hormonal cysts.

If you actually want results:

1. Figure out your main issue — inflammation, blood sugar, hormones, gut, whatever.
2. Fix everything you can — diet, sleep, stress, habits.
3. New problem? Repeat the process — don't just slap on random creams.

Stop doing the same skincare routine on repeat because some influencer said it's good. If your skin doesn't have that problem, you're just wasting time.
