i got some very mild acne on my cheeks and a little texture and some marks here and there which i cover with bb cream alot of the time what would be the best way of improving this? I thought of accutane but my skin is pretty good besides some small failos, is tretinoin gel a good option? Any suggestions

sun and diet
my skin was insanely clear in the summer when i ate carnivore and got a TON of sunlight but theres barely any sun here and im already improving upon my diet so yeah

get a good cleanser, "texture" is just dead skin cells

i already cleanse with water and salicylic acid cleanser daily :feelswhy:

yes just do it the harder way instead of eating better
The harder way is taking a pill instead of an entire lifestyle change? Diet wont do much anyway, theres almost as strong of a correlation between dhea's and acne as there is between foot length and show size, as long as androgens are present and they are allowed to drive sebaceous gland activity they will, and no diet fixes that.

this is what it looks like

He even said that he had very clear skin when he he ate good and got sun light. Plus other benfits come from diet change than just acne (seems smarter than some pills)

Unlikely to come from diet, you know much less than you think about your body and you can also not test any of yiur theories of your anecdotes, not using a retinoid is also stupid as they are one the most effective ways to avoid photoageing. Sun is also responsible for 90 of photoageing, it will detriment your skin not fix it exept for maybe some short term dryness which might be beneficial for a minority of people. If you do not wear sunscreen 24/7 youre a retard and should get of this site

Yes you should eat healthy but you shouldnt do so to get good skin as it doesnt work, you should do so so that you live long and healthy

In what way?
like insane strain on liver, joint pain, dryness, all those side effects wouldnt i be better off using low dose tretinoin if you look at my skin picture

No, liver disturbances are very rare and mild to the degree of not heing noticable if they do happen, your joints will be fine, nothing noticable

Your skin will be very dry tho, carry around a small container where youve put some moisturizer and spf mixed during the day and reapply many times to not look flaky and red

And no tret is obsolete
