THIS SKIN CARE ROUTINE HAS WORKED WITHIN MONTHS OF USE AND I ONLY RUINED IT WITH A PIMPLE BC OF BAD DIET.

BASICS

1. DIET

Ofcourse everyone should understand during puberty theres hormonal changes and some of these changes can ofcourse lead to a break out which is completely normal, but to help prevent this your diet should consist of clean lean meats, alot of protein and good amounts of nutrients (other threads i can link)

2. BAD HABITS

i see alot of people doing alot of these listed below which can cause bacteria to become clogged within pores:

1. touching face

2. no routine (skin care)

the 2 main ones which actually ruined my skin

touching ur face with dirty hand can lead to the bacteria clogging the pores and leading to bacterial acne

and number 2 is actually really important to prevent acne or skin problems the minimal thing u should be doing is actually following a specific routine.

3. sleep
4. exercise
5. clean bedsheets
6. no dirty towels for face
7. hydration ofcourse
(no need to explain)

all this routine to get mogged by a chad who hasnt taken a shower in a week

RETINOL explanation: Retinol, a form of vitamin A, is an ingredient added to skin creams, lotions and serums. It has antiaging effects and can help clear acne. Products containing retinol are widely available over the counter.

not during early teens 13-15 only for severe acne prescribed by doctors isotret is bassically cousins with tret

going to make a detailed seperate one for acne clearance

all you need is a simple cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen

also u still need skincare...
isotret and tret is skincare.
only reason u shouldnt be on tret is if ur skin is insanely sensitive
literally mogs everything else even if u dont have severe acne its the number 1 gold standard in topical products
