i feel like my skin care is js making my acne worse, every time i get sick and can’t be bothered to do it my skin gets better, i only use cleanser and moisturiser, but was thinking of just using water and sunscreen

anyone else had this problem ?

i use the cicaplast baume b5+ and recently bought the same but with spf (havent tried it yet)
i use it mostly as my after shave and its by far my best product
