Skincare help

Can anybody help me with skin? I'm on sarms and my skin is going to absolute shit. I hardmewed the fuck off the past week along with chewing and grew my masseters so i look my absolute peak rn. However my skin is ruining me, oily skin with acne spots scattered across. I also am suffering from terrible water retention and bloating in general.

Offtopic - Masseters grow extremely fast on SARMS (I'm on ostarine @ 15), the zygo pump after chewing is also insane.
