My mom is a beautician and I have seen many of her clients (females, males and etc..) wasting a lot of money, and I legit never saw
anyone going to her and ascending with their skins, I have been going to her for 2 years and my skin got worse
since then, every product other then retin-a is a cope and a waste of time and money,
this is just jews trying to make you buy more things, and its funny since they target females and you fall for this scam
now my brother is going to her and nothing is getting fixed, sometimes it gets worse and sometimes it gets better,
its all hormonal changes, those creams and treatments are all scams
every time I tell this she gets mad cuz she knows that I am right

jfl she's always afraid that clients see me because my skin sucks ass and tells me to try and not show myself

TL;DR
Don't buy skin-care products expect reitn-a, my mom is a beautician and I never ascended
and I have never seen any of her clients getting even a single improvement so far

nothing that you read online works
not a lowcarb diet, not cutting dairy and gluten (you are legit retarded if you fall for this), not weight loss, not your shit vitamin-c syrup, not supplements, not sleep and nothing else (you should have a healthy life style and eat healthy and all of that, but don't expect to have acne changes) and yes I did all of those
only retin-a+benzoyl peroxide+monetizer (benzoyl peroxide should be taken temporarily and monetizer is only to give a good enviroerment to your retin-a, make sure you don't have alcohol)

Yeah acne phase is a bitch. I had it a couple of years ago just before being blackpilled and then I it was suifuel after knowing blackpill

Why are u not on retin a then
I was but the jews here require you to have a prescription and it ended, and you can only buy 2 packs per month jfl
no point in doing it if I can't go through the purge-phase

Retin A and or Accutane are essential for acne

what worked best for me was just washing my face twice a day and changing pillow case

they are okay if you use them to give a retin-a a good environment to work in, make sure that your moisturizer doesn't have alcohol in it,
but alone they are useless

hormonal acne = nothing but retin-a (and even retin-a doesn't always work)

yeah same, i've tried many things and was on retin-a for 1 year and acne didn't go away,
i'm experimenting with benzoyl peroxide now, what do you think of it?

my diet is 95% clean, i sleep 8-9 hours of interrupted sleep, i haven't had ANY stress in the past few months, i wash my face and hair regularly and i've tried many different products, my acne still doesn't go away, it's hormones and genetics

Where should I apply retin-a?

Also sunscreen is an essential on the daily

it doesn't work in many cases of pubertal acne and benzoyl peroxide is legit asf, benzoyl peroxide+retin A is powerful,
but hormonal acnes are hard to fix

Isn’t retin a good for acne? I don’t have it

brutal. but that's how most normies operate. they do whatever the fuck they do but they have zero actual clue and don't mind bleeding people dry, in fact it's 'success' to them :feelsokman: imagine being a 'skincare expert' and having sons with garbage skin :feelskek: kinda like being a gourmet chef and feeding your kids tv dinner and candy :feelskek:

I legit don't even understand how normies notice acne so much, I have seen someone getting called out for a small pimple on his forehead, normies detect that shit in a sec

Do you consume any vegetable oil? when i cut out all PUFA oils my acne and body acne went away.

So I'll agree that a lot of the skin is overpriced garbage. But not everything.

Tretinoin is a gift from god. But a solid cleanser and moisturizer can also be great if you don't have god-tier skin genetics. You don't need to break the bank for it either. Sunscreen is non-optional if you step outside.

Diet does play a role if you have actual dietary issues. I'm lactose intolerant and I break out like crazy if I even sniff cheese. If I avoid dairy consistently, my acne virtually disappears. A lot more people are (mildly) lactose intolerant than they realize.

read the thread, a moisturizer (considering there is no alcohol ofc) and a cleanser is good with retin-a
but they will barely do shit

and this is only with shit ethnic genes which aren't used to lactose

ofc cuz superior genetics bro :feelswah::feelswah::feelswhy::feelswhy:

Legit post.

Not even a cleanser, moisturizer or spf?

Retin-A
Cleanser and Moisturizer
SPF
Dermarolling every couple weeks (optional)
Good lifestyle: Healthy diet with little sugar and dairy, plenty of water, frequent exercise

All you need. Basically everything else is either cope or not worth it. You're not supposed to put a million products on your skin a day.

Shit post, some molecules are scientifically proven to have positive effects on skin. (Vit C, Niacinamide, Centella Asiatica etc...)
Ofc, nothing comes close to tretinoin + sunscreen in terms of potency, but it can't hurt to try.

Real scams in the beauty industry :

- Big bad preservatives being labelled harmful by some alarmist medias ; ofc manufacturers and cosmetologists know it's bullshit...
Still, they ride the trend and ends up claiming "No *insert preservative*" on their packaging while rising their prices.

- Luxury brands ; most of them aren't especially better than their low cost counterparts. At this point, everything's about packaging, texture, scent... Useless shit.

- Microneedling ; this is the worst cuz it's scientifically backed... With $150 one use dermarollers, or insanely expensive dermapen type shit the average consumer isn't even allowed to buy. Meanwhile, everybody's buying revamped chinese junk dermaroller from alibaba, without the slightest clue about needles quality.

Btw it seems like you're mostly talking about acne vulgaris during puberty.
Y, it's very unlikely that shit will go away without using strong prescriptions like tretinoin, benzoyl peroxide or doxycycline

What about body skin? I am thinking of buying some type of body milk/body moisturizer for after showering. My facial skin is pretty decent but still got acne on my upperback/shoulders. And overall my body just doesn't look very clean.

I think a tan is also manditory to look good tbh. 1-2 times a week.

Body acne is almost certainly related to hormones/diet imo. Have you tried adjusting your diet at all? I used to get some before I cut out dairy.

I've tried cutting out sugar (except 2-3 pieces of fruit), alcohol and gluten before. Also went on low-carb diets. Definitely not those things.

I do eat a decent amount of dairy in daily whey protein+cottage cheese. I never drink milk, but I simply love cheese and whey is just too easy to get macro's in.

I can try skipping on whey+cheese for a month maybe? see how it goes. Would suck if I have to miss out on that stuff in my daily life tho. Maybe there's cheese/whey variants that don't fuck up skin.

Alternatively, I am still losing weight since I am ~25% bodyfat. Perhaps my hormone balance is better near 15% and the problem fixes itself.
