That's isotretinoin (accutane), not tretinoin. Tretinoin is topical.

OTC retinoids are the only non standard skincare beside tret, and tret is a retinoid too, just a stronger one.

If you have acne it shouldn't be hard to get a tret prescription I got it on my second or third visit and didn't even ask for it

tretinoin is topical it wont have any side effect on anyone except unborn babies lmao, if u not pregrant hop on it, accutane does have side effects since it goes systemic (isotretinoin)
