Rate my skincare routine that ive been doing for a month.

Morning:

Wash face with freezing cold water
Vitamin C - 5 Drops neck and face
Sunscreen

Night A:

Wash face w lukewarm water
Cerave Foam Cleanser / Rinse
0,025 % Tretinoin - Pea size on face and neck

Night B:

Wash face w lukewarm water
Cerave Foam Cleanser / Rinse
5 in 1: Collagen peptides, Hialuronic Acid, Niacinamide, Vitamin C, AHA.

Skin looks pretty firm and glowing, still noticing some bumps on my cheeks and nose sometimes but maybe because my gut health is mid.

none of ts matters besides the tret don't even waste your time with non topical or injectable ghkcu, Freezing cold water isn't the move. Shocking your CNS isn't going to do anything besides raise cortisol

then what is your conclusion on this?

everything in this routine is redundant.
Tret can take months before fully finishing purging, if the worst is just bumps on the surface level accutane wouldn't be needed

This is just stupid, isotretinoin will always mog.
It doesnt all come to skincare, my gut health isnt good and im still trying to fix it.
Neither are a great solution.

However your routine is trash so fixing your diet would help much more.

Isotret or over.

Not true whatsoever, Topical tret will be infinitely better for actual skin cell turnover and collagen production

You can pick and choose whatever retarded AI-written articles you'd like but the fact is:
They are similarly effective when it comes to photoaging, but isotretinoin is:
  • More convenient to administer.
  • Works systemically therefore benefitting the entire body rather than just locally to where tretinoin is applied (somewhat synonymous with prior point).
  • Less harsh on the skin.
  • Easier to dose and taper up/down with.
While not having as severe a side effect profile as people like to claim.

But, if you're trying to argue the case of which retinoid is superior for photoaging then you're a giga-retard way behind the curve. There are plenty more efficacious treatments and retinoids should be used primarily/solely for getting rid of/preventing future acne while doing clinical treatments e.g., Fraxel CO2, Microneedling (also infused with botox), Polynucleotides, etc., for improving the quality of your skin.

Truth is, you're a virtue signalling retard with not an ounce of intellect larping as some sort of high IQ user when you are a new user to the forum with no idea what you're talking about trying to grift with your bullshit coaching offer in your bio to impressionable little kids.

And you have the audacity to call me a clown JFL, second user I'll ignore.
