MORNING:
-Gentle Cleanser
-Alcohol-free Toner
-Moisturizer

-Sunscreen(summer only)



NIGHT:
-Gentle Cleanser
-Chemical AHA exfoliant (mandelic acid is best option)
-Vitamin C serum/Retinol
-Moisturizer
-Exfoliation once weekly



ADDITIONAL:
Exercise 3x week
Tan
Beta Carotene
Stay hydrated
Watch your diet for foods that give you break outs

Beta Carotene is garbage. You want retinol from ANIMALS and to minimise plant toxins. That alone will drastically improve skin quality.

For the sake of your skin in 10 years time, please use sunscreen all year round.

You could absolutely move the vitamin C to the morning as someone else mentioned. As far as photosensitivity goes, there's some ideas that due to the vitamin C reducing hyperpigmentation it can cause photosensitivity, however from what we've seen in the literature so far, vitamin C can actually be photoprotective (Especially when combined with vitamin E and ferulic acid).

Either way, use sunscreen.
