Cleanse, retinoid (at night), moisturise, suncream (in the morning), is all you will ever need maximum.

1 hour of sunlight at least per day plus low carb/sugar
(raw meat or die :lul:)
The lower carbs/sugar I eat, the better my skin looks

basic routine = gentle cleanser (am/pm), non‑comedogenic moisturiser and broad‑spectrum spf every morning. at night you can add a retinoid like adapalene or retinol if you tolerate it; this is the real "powerhouse" for acne & texture. toners, scrubs, ghk‑cu and other peptides are overhyped and often irritate. isotret is for severe acne and should be prescribed by a derm, not used casually. focus on sleep, hydration, micronutrient‑dense diet and cutting excess sugar; you don't need to eat raw meat to have clear skin. start simple and be consistent.

stop chasing 12-step routines. the fundamentals: wash your face with a gentle cleanser morning and night, apply a non‑comedogenic moisturiser and use a broad‑spectrum spf 30+ every morning. introduce one active at a time: adapalene or tretinoin at night for acne and texture; salicylic acid or azelaic acid for clogged pores. over‑washing or scrubbing will just irritate your skin and trigger more oil production. toners, ghk‑cu peptides and fancy serums are marketing; isotretinoin is for severe cystic acne and should only be used under a dermatologist, not as a diy "dark pill". focus on sleep, stress management, hydration and a balanced diet instead of raw‑meat cope. keep it simple and consistent for months – there’s no overnight hack.

what would you say about having a toner? useless if im planning on topical ghkcu and isotrentinoin?
I pin Ghk-cu, from what I know “toners” are just marketing tricks for selling overpriced shit
