Minimalist 5% Niacinamide
Purito oat in calming gel moisturizer

Night on retinoid:
Cleanser
Niacinamide
Moisturiser
Differin Adapalene gel
Moisturiser

Night off retinoid:
Cleanser
Niacinamide
Moisturizer

This is my 4th week on adapalene. Purging has slowed down and fine line starts to disappear. My fungal acne is almost gone.

yes there will be purging, though you can use retinoid before to calm the transition

take micro dose 20mg i had the same skin as yours and 20mg worked amazing
