Skincare tretinoin and minoxidil order

Basically title, what is the proper way to apply these, my skincare looks like this
AM:
Cleanser
Moisturizer
Sunscreen
Minoxidil(I usually use minoxidil after moisturizer and spf because it's more convenient as I don't lose time to wait for minoxidil to dry, should I also apply spf on eyebrows?)

PM:
Cleanser
Moisturizer
Tretinoin
Minoxidil

And I also use 0,5mm dermastamp on eyebrows once a week!And should I also use tretinoin on eyebrows to make minoxidil gains better?
