should i cleanse or not if i’m on tret, some people say just to use cold water and i’m not 100% sure

On Tret I use a gentle cleanser in the morning before applyiny moisturizer with a couple drops of glycerin added in and vitamin C serum. At night I use a water soluble oil cleanser before moisturizing and nothing else.

Washing with water only in the morning should be fine just make sure you’re removing sunscreen. Focus on moisturizing and hydration.
