I’m gonna take skinoren (azelaic acid 20%) and Tretinoin 0.05% for my skin , should i add anything else or is this good enough

When i say anything else i mean like a cleanser , sunscreen or moisturizer , im taking both these products since i want to get rid of blackheads ,rosacea , wrinkles and fix my colouring overall

I was thinking doing a similar thing azelaic acid gel but with tazarotene or just accutane to fix redness pores and texture. But azelaic and strong retinoids might rape skin barrier

It should do the job u might want to look into tazarotene instead of tret tho, and be aware keep a healthy skin barrier
